Falls Creek guarantees your snow holiday! Situated high in the Victorian Alps, Falls Creek receives abundant natural snow, and when Mother Nature doesn't provide it, we simply make our own. Falls Creek's Snowsports Guarantee provides peace of mind, allowing you to confidently pre-book your holiday package: All payments proved to be received (less booking fee) will be refunded, if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. Note: This guarantee does not apply if snowsport runs at the Resort cannot be accessed should lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.

Koki Alpine Resort Assurance If 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs, Koki Alpine Resort gives you following choices: Cancellations requiring a refund will be charged a booking fee equalling 15% of the booking total. The remainder of payments received will be refunded. Guests wishing to defer their booking will not incur a cancellation fee. All monies received will be held in credit for use at a later date in the current season. If you decide to come with knowledge of limited snow cover - we will give you 50% discount on our regular advertised tariff. What's more... If ski runs become skiable while you are staying with us - your 50% discount will still apply. This option does not apply to "Last Minute Deals".
