• Bookings are held for 14 days without deposit unless booked via the Internet or made within 1 month prior to arrival.
• Internet bookings and those made within 1 month prior to arrival will only be held for 48 hours without deposit being paid.
• Minimum deposit amount required is 50% of the booking total with balance payable on arrival at Koki (direct bookings only). Reservations with a duration of 3 nights or less require full payment.
• Koki Alpine Resort has a non-smoking policy in all rooms, apartments & common areas.
  A $200 sanitising fee will be charged if guests are found to be smoking in their rooms, apartments or common indoor areas.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm to ensure the comfort of all patrons.
• Occupants must not exceed the guest numbers booked for, otherwise you will be asked to leave the premises & no refund will be due.
• Children 3 years & over must be included in the guest numbers & will be charged as an occupant. Children 2 years & under can be supplied with a cot, free of charge.
• $100 fee will be charged for any lost key.
• Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival must be in writing & will incur a $50 fee per person for each room or apartment cancelled. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund unless room or apartment is fully re-let. In this case, a $50 fee will be charged per person for each room or apartment cancelled.

Check-in Time is 3.00pm.
Check-out Time is 9.00am.
Note: These times must be strictly adhered to unless prior arrangement is made with management.

• Bookings for additional services only, will be held for 48 hours without full payment being made.
• Lift passes cannot be booked less than 7 days prior to commencement date.
• Cancellation of pre-paid additional services will incur a fee of 10% of the booking total. No refund if additional services are cancelled within 7 days of commencement date. Alterations may be made to orders up until 7 days prior to commencement date.
• Booked snowsport equipment is available for fitting & collection after 3.00pm the day prior to commencement date.
• Changes to equipment hire can be made on-mountain at Koki. Additional charges or credits may apply for snowsport equipment changes after the commencement of hire.

• Bookings for snowsport equipment only, will be held for 48 hours without full payment being made.
• Cancellation of pre-paid snowsport equipment will incur a fee of 10% of the booking total.
• Partial cancellation of pre-paid snowsport equipment will result in a credit for the cancelled part of the booking.
• Booked snowsport equipment is available for fitting & collection after 3.00pm the day prior to commencement date.
